Additional Information
Prior To Your Appointment
You will receive a text reminder the day prior to your appointment, we request that you please confirm your appointment through text. Inspiration photos are highly encouraged however, in preparation for realistic expectations please be aware that your hair’s texture and thickness along with the artistic eye of your stylist will affect the final look.
Day Of Your Appointment
Please arrive with hair that has been cleansed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We request that you arrive on time to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive 15+ minutes late, be aware that your service may be rescheduled and you may be subject to a fee to compensate the stylist for their time. Please be aware that the artistic nature of a stylists work day may occasionally cause us to run behind although we do our best to ensure the timeliness of your service.
Finding the Salon + Parking
VER is in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire near University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire Campus. We are located at 403 Water St. between The Pioneer and The Nucleus, across the street from Fleet Feet. We do not have available parking behind the salon. We recommend parking on 4th or Water Streets. These are 2 hour parking, however you are able to move your vehicle if needed. If you are concerned with timing, Chippewa and Niagara streets are unmonitored and you may park as long as needed without worry. Please note that odd/even parking is in effect in the winter months. VER is not responsible for parking tickets and/or other expenses related to parking issues.
Cancellations
Please note that we require 24 hour notice if there is a need to reschedule. If there is a no call/no show situation we will require payment in full for the requested service to compensate the stylist for the missed opportunity. Repeatedly missed or rescheduled appointments will require a salon change.
Product Returns/Exchanges
We will accept for return or exchange, any defective or unused products for store credit. Vintage items, brushes, towels, hair accessories, jewelry and styling tools are non-returnable.
Refund Policy
At VER we have a very strict no refund policy. Stylists never go into a service planning to do unsatisfactory work. We train our staff in depth on quality consultations, the appropriate language to help discover your hair goals, and loads of continuing education so that we can be at our best at all times. Unfortunately, on occasion it may happen that you find yourself dissatisfied with your hair. We understand and embrace that this is a part of our jobs and we are always more than happy to revisit your service to make small adjustments as needed. Each situation will be addressed on a case by case basis, but we will always work with you to be sure you leave satisfied with the finished result.
